Matthew Stannard

Bruce Hyman asked for costs of £11,000 to be awarded against the father in the same hearing that he committed his perversion of the ocourse of justice, at the end, as is usual. If he had succeeded, the father, who was acting as a litigant in person, would have faced a huge legal bill. Under normal circumstances, the mother, who is reported as being an old friend of Hyman, would have had to pay. Put two and two and you have a motive.
