Liz Lynne, a British MEP for the West Midlands, placed a written declaration in the European Parliament wanting to make sure that cross-EU campaigns on domestic violence included male victims. It is basically the equivalent of an Early Day Motion in the House of Parliament where individual MP's can place a motion on a subject and ask others to sign up.
At least one British politician is taking it seriously, isn't about time someone did the same in the UK Parliament?
Given how many incompetent and corrupt politicians have been exposed recently it's nice to see that genuine, hard working and decent ones do exist, who actually understand what the important issues of the day truly are.
