The BBC's discussion programme "The Big Questions" on Sunday 14th March will be covering both the issues of anonymity of those accused of rape and also "whether children needs fathers".
Obviously the wording of that second question is hugely disturbing and ridiculous, very much along the lines of their "should homosexuals face execution" debate from a while back. I hope they're just being provocative again rather than showing their true views. Still it's hugely encouraging to see such important topics getting a look in for once. The quite brilliant Ray Barry of Father 4 Justice will be one of the guests, so I'm sure it will be well worth watching.

BBC's - 'do children need fathers'? Yes, it's obvious that children need mothers, because mothers tell us so; but fathers? The BBC defers to Labour's Ms. Harman who is determined that fathers should be increasingly discriminated against. And fathers are routinely discriminated against by the law, by social services in relation to their children.
In the case of a failed relationship between unmarried parents, who routinely gets predominant contact time with the the child? The mother, of course. This is how Labour's 'equality', (through discrimination against men) operates; and the politically correct sections of the media lap up this fundamental lack of rights for men. Disgraceful.

Unfortunately Ms Harperson thinks that equality means 50% of top jobs SHOULD have women placed in them, she doesn't take into account the >50% of women are quite content with being homemakers and have no interest in climbing the career ladder.
Nothing this government has done helps marriages, in fact women are better off if they can divorce before the kids leave school, so they can screw the father for everything.

Well I hope they debate whether children really need mothers too, that's certainly not a given...and if children don't need fathers, does that mean I still have to pay for all the fatherless kids' Child Tax Credits?
