Technically this is illegal, so yes if the establishment could be named and shamed so that a case could be launched against them it would be great. However it is quite common practice in a lot of nightclubs to offer something like "ladies free before 11pm" which is of course discrimination. However they often get away with it because as we know discrimination against men is largely ignored!
Superb pic, but any chance we can name and shame the company in question?

Bring back Section 29 of The 1975 Sex Discrimination Act.
Section 29 stipulated: It was illegal to discriminate in the provision of goods, facilities and services...
Alas, do not know what the position is under the Equality Bill...but...
Article 14 of The Human Rights Act gives one the right not to be discriminated against unless it is: Objectively justified...
Fail to see how £10 for males / £5 for females can be justified...
I stress, this is a layman's opinion. Alas, I am not a Barrister...

The reader that sent says it was near Woolwich in London but there was no name. It looked a bit of mess he said.
