Public bodies should be continually challenged using the equality act. It is now the law that such bodies can be challenged on evidence. I am surprised MPs don't get upset that the implication is that they can't represent the views of constituents if they are of a different sex age race religion etc.

Community systems should be constantly inhibited using the equal rights act. It is now the law that such systems can be inhibited on proof. I am amazed MPs don't get disappointed that the effects is that they can't signify the opinions of elements if they are of a different sex age competition belief etc.
