At the end of last year and the start of this, the site highlighted how the Government was purposely ignoring male victims of domestic abuse. This by running campaigns only for female victims, making £28 million in funds available to end Violence against Women and Girls (rape and domestic violence services) but none for male victims and also only announcing initiatives but 'forgetting' they apply to men too.
ANother example was seen this week when teh Home Office mentioned that it had run a joint survey with women's lifestyle site iVillage. The quotes were careful
Why doesn't the Government team up with a men's charity or other organisation to run such a survey?
